PRIVACY POLICY PURSUANT TO THE GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION- REGULATION 679/2016:
In compliance with EU Regulation 679/2016, this document regulates the collection and processing of personal data of users and visitors to the Giodà supply site by Giovanna Conforti.
Data Controller

Cooperation with the supervisory authority
The data controller may, upon request, cooperate with the authority (Article 31 GDPR), which may also be contacted by the data subject.

These data are under the complete authority of the Data Controller and cannot be used in any way without the latter's authorization (as provided for by Article 29 of the GDPR).
Duration
Data will be retained for the time necessary for the Controller to perform the functions for which the data were collected, unless the data subject requests rectification or deletion, as previously stated.
